We want to keep our Dyson vacuum guide the most up to date on the internet, and better than Wikipedia, so if you know something we dont, we would like you to help.

Ref the DC11. There was going to be a digital motor version and some were produced. You can see on the standard wand where there were going to put the remote buttons and you can see the receiver lens on the main body. A digital version was on Ebay a few years ago and was bought back by Dyson.

I'm guessing they saved that idea till the DC12 then? Some of those had remote buttons on the handle, and they had digital motors.

I have heard of the digital motor version, but never seen one or a photo of one even. They must have been a prototype if Dyson bought one back. We just bought a DC12 UK version that never technically existed too.

Dc05 had buttons on the wand for the motorhead, wish I still had mine.
