As an aside to my thread the Mrs now wants to see both machines (UP22 and UP24) so its a trip to Currys when we are released from house arrest!!

I recommend buying either UP22/24 from Dyson directly off their website, they have an incredible returns policy, I bought one off them once and the helpline advisor they'd accept returns even if you decide you don't like the colour!

So test it out in your own home and decide that way it's the best option

I have a DC37C. Is there information on how it differs from a DC37. It does not look exactly like a DC39, which the Wiki says is the same as DC37.

The Wiki says DC19 was numbered DC29 in Australia, but we have a DC19 with Austrailian power plug and bought here, so there must be a bit more to the numbering than just that change.

My mistake about the DC19/29 in Australia. Ours is a DC19 Wraparound.  Do DC19 used in that context in Australia.

C was usually a designation for canister as far as I am aware.

Isn't a DC19 wrap around a T2?
