Hello,
We got a new LG washer dryer two days ago. It’s great when it comes to washing and drying, towels came out dry and soft. Strangely it makes a right loud noise on spin, surely it’s not normal.
It’s level and doesn’t touch cupboards. The water and drain hoses shouldn’t also be a problem as they are short and barely reach the connections. The bolts have also been removed.
LG’s customer service seems crap.
Has anyone had a similar problem?
