DC15 steers only to the left; where do I lubricate it?

Hello,
My DC15 Dyson vac now only wants to steer to the left. It just won't turn to the right. Does anyone know how to fix this?
It's not obvious to me where I may need to lubricate the ball steering. The user guide says nothing about it.
