Pop the bumper onto the top cover
Fit the belt, drop the cover on and screw it up (I added the extra missing screws with ones that fitted well enough) and pop the wheels back on
Brushroll fitted and baseplate on
Done! 2 down, 1 to go
Motor now, and the washed foam is refitted
Motor rubbers on, and fitted to the housing on one side
Fancase cover fitted, and I used insulation tape to hold it together
Originally, there was foam strips fitted to the stubs that the air ducting fitted onto, and a quick raid of the medicine bag yeilded a perfect substitute!
So on it went!
Main chassis now, and bin seal in

The lower part of the wand catch and it's spring fitted
And the wand holder itself screwed on
Diffuser in
Mains cable fitted (the wrong way round as I found out when it was all back together...
)
Middle housing now, and the suction channel is slid into place
And the motor fitted, with the wires fed through the correct side
Fit the internal air ducts and pop the wires roughly where they need to go
More black tape and bandage used for the bottom ducting
The second diffuser is fitted

This is the fun* part, you need to lay the two halves next to each other and join the cut wires with new crimps
Then once done bring the middle and rear part together and hold them still
Then with your 3rd and 4th hand, fit the outer motor cover and screw it all together! Pop the post filter back in
and pop the cover on
Pop the wand catch button in
Fit the switch covers to the main cover and snap it down into place
Fit the main carry handle
Fit the bin and floorhead and admire your work...
Bollocks...

So apart again to flip that around, and then the brushroll would not spin... Most odd. There was voltage coming out of the pins, and I eventually tracked it down to the microswitch inside the pivot point
When the momentary switch is depressed, power flows. Lift it off and power stops. I'd put the pivot caps on the wrong way round so nothing was pushing on the switch
Quick flip round and power was restored!
You can see where it usually sits from the wear mark!
So fully working again, time for a test drive
Not a valid youtube URL
And it's bloody ace! I really liked it, and used it for a few days, where it managed to drag this up
But, fun over, time to take for sayle pictures
where it sold 3 days later for £30, which wasn't too bad I thought. Will I get one again if cheap? Yes!
Thanks for reading!

Great effort - thanks for taking the time to document.
They are quite a nice machine - repaired many of these under warranty and another similar panasonic - only ever seen 2 different faults.
I believe they were sold with a 5 year warranty, for some reason i actually think it maybe a 7 year ?
Usual knackered cable at entry point and the main motor is the usual...or....
Main motor shaft - that bolt on the end of the shaft comes loose then the plastic assembly jams the motor causing burn out - followed by the 10amp fuse.
When motor burns out it absolutely stinks on these.
Bargain buy at £30 for someone

I have refurbed a couple cheap bagless Bissells and they were nowhere near as complicated as that
Excellent job as always, Beko!

It was lovely to use as an upright tbh. Nicely weighted, the brushroll was effective, nimble etc. The hose was a bit of a faff though, and the extendable crevice tool leaked air a bit. Picked up a nice amount though! Certainly would have one again.
I went to a car boot sale in boston when I was at Shitefest and there was the larger Ecomax there. I passed on it at the time but sort of wish I hadn't so I could have the pair. Hey ho!
