DC18 HELP
« on: August 10, 2017, 09:00:50 pm »
Right, got my first DC18 yesterday, and it's all good apart from the usual undercarriage issue.

I took it apart and the only thing that seems to be broken is the pointy part of the stabiliser that's broken, so why do the undercarriages get sold as a whole unit? Will just a replacement stabiliser resolve the issue? The pointy pice of plastic has to go into the clear groove of this changeover valve that turns (kinda like a DC25 clear egg shaped wheel but internal).

Cheers

One little peg usually breaks. They don't sell it on its own is why you must buy a full assembly.
