After all they know there is issues with the 299

The only issue with the 299 is it is made to a price, and that is reflected in its longevity. They claim low return rates, way lower than they were, so we'll see I guess.

All the other ones out there are no better anyway. So the 299 is the best we have unless we use genuine.

I guess it a tough time now having to use motors that are known as unreliable or having to use expensive genuine motors.

No idea, I have a good bunch of them that need belts and (possibly white wheels by not checked)
