Hi Dan. Hoover Freedom Electronic, lovely! Ensign SM too! I had an sm2 last year and found it much nicer than an automatic sebo with the manual height adjustment

Hi Beko - the older vacuums in the first part of the list were those owned by my parents which I spent a lot of time using as this was in the 1970/80's when children were required to do household chores ;D. I bought the Sebo SM1 as I wanted a 1300 Watt Sebo where I could set the ride height and it was a bargain MIB on eBay (not sure the seller knew what he had). I originally wanted a Sebo G1 but they command ridiculous pricing at the moment. Cheers and love your restorations btw.
