Im stuck on this damn vac replaced mains lead on one of these today switched on and brush roller was making growling noise,
This machine has a toothed drive belt thought belt might be damaged, After removing the three screws holding the belt cover on and then lifting off there should have been a Brush Bar Location Plate that sits over the top of the belt. Its not there so the belt has no tension on the roller and is skipping over the teeth.
If anyone has any old scrappers with this part on give me a shout please.
