Oh right and you it will be a big help, Dyson is right with more smaller more fine dirt goes into the bin but is prone to clogging then. I had mostly actual dirt which surprised me and it had then hardened over time which then made the cyclone a waste.
I will get some done again. If you look at the mesh part and use a flat head (or similar) you can take it off. Right under the top rubber seal and then you have the screws. Once you have that part out and from there on out its just screws I will say though you made need to get some water on it as mine was so stiff with all the dirt even with screws out that it did not work without water.
