DC 40 Main motor replacement.
« on: November 15, 2014, 01:47:36 pm »
Has anyone on this forum had any experience with replacing the main motor on the DC 40?
i seem to have removed every visible screw, yet still cannot see where or how to get to the Motor itself.
I have replaced the motor on most other dyson models, yet this one is becoming a real challenge.

I am in the exact same position today, anyone have any pointers please?
I own and Run Links Repair Shop in Norwich. I coined the phrase 'The Dyson Doctor" in 1995 but at the time I was not able to buy the domain, I lived on Corfu where there was no internet and by the time I came back to the UK that name was used everywhere !
