Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Upright (DC75)
« on: March 29, 2018, 03:39:02 pm »
I have seen videos on YouTube showing damaged motors from the Cinetic Big Ball Animal (Upright) cleaner (DC75) due to lack of pre-motor filter.

Is this a common occurrence in your experience and if so, what do you recommend in order to avoid the problem?

We have such a cleaner and wonder now if we are causing damage to the motor.

Thanks in advance!

What kills them is plaster dust and fire ash. And being filled over the line on the bin.

So as long as that kind of dirt and dust is avoided, it should live a long life?

Avoid fire ash, plaster dust and water and it should be fine.
