DC07 Side valve
« on: April 10, 2018, 03:13:00 pm »
Can anyone tell me if the side valve in a DC07 should have a spring in it or was this just for earlier models or should all the side valves have springs in them?
As always any help or information will be much appreciated.
DC04 and DC07's for me and the occasional DC14.

Some did, some didn't. Think the early ones did from memory but I've never tried to spot a pattern. Not sure if it makes any difference tbh but I've never compared the 2 parts side by side
