The chap Vacuum Cleaner House on here knows how to fix those. I'm sure he will find this before long.

Hi yes I will post some pics tomorrow ,

only two things go wrong with these heads.
the fan destroys it self , easy fix simply find another stuffed floor tool with a good fan and swap.

the bushes in the bottom where the brushes sit destroy them selves. I have replaced  them with ball bearings but you have to remove the cam that the brushes sit on and then grind down the raised protion of the bar that they sit on . thats easy it is re crimping the bar so the cam has some thing to stick onto that required some skill if you want a sucsessfull job

How do you get the fan out can you give me an idea?

I cant see how does it come off? Like the other side it seems is sealed in place.

Thanks

here we go
once you have removed the turbine housing you will need to remove the end cap , (different colours) using a large flat screwdriver you will also need a large bearing puller with narrow ends, I will post pics of another way by just using a srewdriver but you can damage the seal snd crack the housing with ease

remove the cover plate, prying it loose with a small screwdriver then simply replace the damaged fan with one from a donor turbine head.

Ps I have tried glueing them back together but they fail as they spin to fast

No worries , buy the way the mini turbine head has the same assembily just shorter brush shafts, they have the same fan inside , we often butcher these for the parts
