I've trie the search function but can't find it.
I'm sure there ws a thread a few years ago on how to seperate the plastic handle for the aluminium tube.
Can someone either direct me to the thread or tell me how to do it.

Get it as hot as you can on a radiator for example, then with an assistant, twist and pull.
I dont recall a prior thread on it.

remove cable clip screw, I've had quite a few that have dented the metal, making removal almost imposable without removing it.
