New SV05 V6 Bodies - No Power.
« on: August 28, 2018, 03:56:10 pm »
I just want to make sure I am not going mad.
I bought 2x New SV05 Bodies from my supplier and neither has power from the body contacts when the motor is on (just bare body and battery connected - no bin etc).

Surely I should be seeing 22v or close to that?

I own and Run Links Repair Shop in Norwich. I coined the phrase 'The Dyson Doctor" in 1995 but at the time I was not able to buy the domain, I lived on Corfu where there was no internet and by the time I came back to the UK that name was used everywhere !

I thought they did not work unless assembled? I'm sure we have had that. Micro switch or similar somewhere I assume.
