I've got one of these in with a brushroll not turning. Assumed the usual yoke loom failure, but after testing, it's not that.
However the voltage at the head is 386V DC. It should be about 320V. Is this within tolerance, inaccurate multimeter, or an indication that the PCB is faulty and supplying too high a voltage?
The brushroll motor appears to have a damaged commutator, and will need replacing anyway, but is it possible this is due to the over-voltage?
