Dyson DC35 fully charged battery, Green LED but no motor power

Hi All,

I have a DC35 that has a a fully charged battery of 22V (when measured removed from the body).
When I press the trigger the green LED lights on the top of the motor but the motor does not attempt to spin up.

Any thoughts?
