I'm thinking of getting a DC07 and I just want to know how loud they are. Thanks in advance!

The cyclones are very noisy. If your thinking of a DC07 and noise may be an issue- a DC14 may be appropriate. Same motor, same brushrolls etc. Same basic machine apart from some differences such as much quieter cyclones etc.
DC07 are excellent machines behind their noisy cyclones. DC14s are also excellent machines sharing some components and a similar design.

Dc14 is a better vac imo, try to get a clutched one too.

I think the white model still looks cool & modern for an upright.

There are two cyclone versions on the DC07, one is louder than the other. Forum member Parwaz explains it on this topic.

Which white one? 😜 do you mean the white and orange type or the later one?
