DC07 Not Collecting Dirt

Doesn't seem be collecting anything in the cannister but there still seems to be decent suction which is noticeable when the cannister is detached or through the hose attachment. Need to work out what the issue might be and which part I need to open up, the dirt being collected has to be going somewhere.

Have you changed the filters in recent memory?
