Dc27 no auction from bottom

Suction is great from the hose but nothing from the bottom. Doesn’t touch anything up at all. Cleaned filters etc.

I’ve noticed that hot air seems to come out of the area between the bag and the filter housing , but I’m not sure if that’s normal.
