Dyson DC05 release valve issue

Refurbed this DC05 yesterday. Came out spotless, no blockages and filters new or clean yet the release valve is leaking air. Any suggestions? Here’s a video showing the problem...

Isn't it just stuck maybe? Prod a screwy in it maybe.
