Oh well, it doesn't work then as the wheel doesn't move at all  :duh:
Can it be easily fixed or would I need some expensive part?

Take it apart and find out why it doesn't operate. That will be why it's hard to push.

It seems to be working now even though I don't think I've done anything  :'(
It's the square part where the wheel is that is supposed to be lower lr higher, right?
It's still the same when it comes to pushing. Really hard on shaggy rug, so hard that even on the lowest setting I feel like I'm gonna break off the handle.

They are no good on shaggy rugs or deep pile carpet. You need a self levelling X machine for those.

Is it safe to carry it by the top handle where the switch on/off button is?
I don't know if it's normal but the hose makes a kinda whistling noise where it enters the cleaner. It changes when I move the hose around or when I press it down.

How is it possible that Felix and E1 got 3.5l bags when Felix's bag looks much bigger?

Hello again,
I've got another Felix. This one's got a problem with suction control. It works in a weird way, basically switching to Max gives the minimum suction. Do you guys have any idea what could be causing it?

I've also found a way to use Dyson's tangle free turbine with Sebos. Works better with Felix though. It easily pops out of E1's hose.
You might say that it looks ridiculous but it's actually really easy to use like this.

Dodgy switch by the look of it. Sometimes you can strip them down and fix them. Sometimes not. PCB is a possibility though.

I've got another problem, bigger by the looks.
I've got another Felix. I turned it on and brushroll worked for few seconds with warning light then it died. I tried the cleaner head with another Felix and it works fine with it. Tired the vacuum with different cleaner head and it doesn't work so the problem is in the vacuum.
Does it mean that it's dead and not gonna work with power head?  Have you got any idea what could it be without striping it down?

I took the cover off but I can't really tell if it doesn't look as it should

If there is a power supply issue to the cleaner head, that PCB is the likely culprit.

How can you even remove it? I've got another one so I could swap it but even removing those 2 screws doesn't do anything. It doesn't want to move.

I also tired to swap the switches to see if that black one's gonna work as it should with a different switch but it also seems glued or something.

I know I'm not an electrician but it doesn't seem that complicated.

So I've managed to swap it and it works as it should. The problem has to be somewhere else.

It's this part. Does anybody know what it's called? Have you Mvacs got it for sale?

We have everything, but have you tested it with a multimeter?

What do you mean? I took the part from another Felix that I got and it works with it. So it has to be it.
Don't have anything to test it I'm afraid.

Why would I need to test it?

They're both working now but sadly hard to push. I try different settings but it doesn't really help. Even on my cream carpet I can hear cracking noises while pushing it and the telescopic handle bends a bit.
I was thinking, can it be caused by the residue on the base? I got black carpet downstairs and I feel it gets worse after vacuuming it.
I clean it and it's easier to push then but it gets dirty after one vacuuming of my house and it's hard to push again.
Can it be that the residue from my black capret also gets on bristles?
I don't have this problem with Light Ball. It's never hard to push.
