Oh well, it doesn't work then as the wheel doesn't move at all  :duh:
Can it be easily fixed or would I need some expensive part?

Take it apart and find out why it doesn't operate. That will be why it's hard to push.

But on both machines height adjustment works cause the wheel moves up and down so it can't be a problem .
The first time I used it it worked great even on our small high pile rug. It was easy to push on height 3.
Then with every time it's harder to push

On the last photo, is the thread stripped? If so, a slightly wider self-tapper will do the job.

Or a nice slug of superglue on the screw then wang it in quickly and wait for it to set. Should be reversible too if needed as a twist with a screwdriver should crack the glue off again

Super glue isn't good enough. It comes off after vacuuming for some time.. I don't have any bigger screw really. Do you guys know the size of any bigger screws that would fit?

looks like an M5 screw ? can you strip the handle off and remove the metal strip that the screw threads in to ?
If so you can lay the metal flat, and centre punch around the hole. This bruises and distorts the threaded hole and enables the screw to bite and lock correctly - however sometimes requires re tapping too.
Otherwise just wrap some insulation tape around it.
The only way to fail is not to try.

Ö

I've bought new motor protection filter as apparently it's supposed to be changed every two years and the cleaner is two years old.

...

According to the user manual (pdf version via the Support section of Sebo UKís site), the pre-motor filter is recommended for replacement when dirty or after 20 bag changes, at the latest.
Depending on how often you vacuum and how much dust there is collected, that could be considerably longer than 2 years.

Ö

I tried to wash the exhaust filter but now it stinks while vacuuming. It's a kinda dampy smell.

Ö.

Iíve just washed mine, first on a Handwash cycle (30ļ), then on a Cottons (20ļ).
Used the Astonish Stain Remover spray liberally on the first wash, along with detergent, but the cycle mustíve been a bit too gentle to agitate the material. Second wash was with more of both, only with both in drawer that time.
Still didnít result in a pristine clean filter, but itís certainly a lot better looking now.
I also added Whizz stuff in the softener section which, like the Dettol version, is designed to kill bacteria in the machine and clothes.
Itís on the line drying, so I canít tell you if I have the same damp smell coming from mineÖ maybe tomorrow, if I use it.

The point of this long preamble is to suggest that yours might have been damp smelling due to your machine not being as clean as imagined. If you tend to use fabric softener regularly, then it could be masking the odour.
I advocate not to use the stuff, as it causes a build-up of sludge that is a breeding ground for bacteria.
Assuming youíll be up for washing the replacement filter at some point, give the machine a good clean out and use the likes of that Whizz stuff. You should be able to get it from a local Home Bargains or the like.
Hopefully thatíll result in a clean smelling exhaust filter.

So basically there's only a difference in colors if it's about exhaust filters, right?
Why do some cost so much and some are cheap? Are they more popular I suppose?

...

Yes, insofar as the regular S-class ones. There is an F9 Hospital grade version, which does cost more.
