Why is Big Ball Animal 2 bad?
« on: August 19, 2019, 02:24:35 pm »
I've just been to John Lewis' and tried Big Ball Animal and Miele Blizzard.
I must say I really regret that I didn't get cylinder when I was buying a Dyson upright.
Don't really know why it's got so many bad reviews
It's not that heavy and bulky as Miele. It's much easier to empty it and the suction. No comparison, Dyson's better.
But Miele's better as you can adjust the suction and its floor heads are much better.
Dyson's feels really plastic and pet head is just so small and flimsy. Why did they change it for worse. Why didn't they make the head like cylinders in Japan that looks like cordless' one?
It's just really hard to understand.

It's all about £

Dysons, older models still going strong - no manufacturer is going to sell more if the previous quality models last years.
The only way to fail is not to try.

I agree. Built in obsolescence on newer models.
