If its not obvious to you after inspecting it, its a job for your local competent repair shop.

Well, nothing's obvious to me anymore as I've sent the video to SEBO and in reply I got that apparently it's normal.

I got this Boost model at reduced price so sold the white one. It's got more suction and came with this head that is soo much better than Kombi head. Not sure why it isn't included as standard..

Like I mentioned before, SEBO has got some issues with really loose connections at joints. I can literally hear the air leaking when I push the head on carpets.. It just doesn't fit the wand very good.
He mentions this problem too. Sadly it is happening with new machines as well. I've also tried K1 in John Lewis' and it was the same. Not to mention that on K1 the air is leaking where the exhaust filter is, under the filter cover.
Even the wand doesn't feel as sturdy as Miele's.

Guess I'm not the only one making spurious claims..

I've used many vacuums and I must say I think E1's the one I enjoy using the most. Nice and easy to use, light, quiet and has onboard tools. It's such a shame that they didn't make the connections much tighter. I'm pretty sure it has some influence on the performance. Unless they've done it on purpose. Anyway, it really annoys me when I hear that hissing air.

Need to say that your adapters are incredible! Good job!

That black E1 is the latest one with those heads, they are the newest types.

Those adapters are good aren't they! Bet that sebo spins the turbo head up a treat on full power!

Yes, it does work really good!
Like I said though, the connection between wand and head isn't very tight so it doesn't give its best I think.
I've had two second hand Mieles and their connections were really strong even though parts were worn. I couldn't hear any air leaking anywhere on them.

I must say as well, Sebo's version of this head has a vent on the top that easily opens. It can be a bit annoying when you vacuum under some furniture and you accidentally open the vent while pulling the head backwards.
Miele's Turboteq is better cause you need to twist it to open the vent.

It's really noticible with Kombi head. The wand literally slightly twists left and right even clicked into the head.

It's the same at the joint where hose connects with the wand.

I know most people don't really care about these things, but I'm a little bit OCD.
I've also noticed that the dust must be leaking around here. I've cleaned it many times, put a little bit of vaseline like SEBO told me to but it just gets dirty around there after few uses anyway.

Our cat decided to piss on the carpet in front of our door. To get rid of the smell we put a fairly large amount of bicarb of soda.
I must say turbo head was kinda struggling with vacuuming a large amount of fine soda. The vacuum didn't seem to loose much suction when I was testing it with my hand but turbo head wasn't spinning as fast as it did before vacuuming all the powder. The vacuum also started making a noise like there was a blockage or something.
I changed the bag even though it was only half full. It did a great job as there was not even a tiny bit of soda in the bag chamber. It all stayed in the bag.

I must say though, SEBO changed the airbelt on E series and it is not as soft as on K series.

Just got a used Sebo E1 and the kombi head doesn't feel that good, no brush head and I'm hearing air escaping at the handle when I pull it on a carpet, must be loosing suction there, no problem while pushing though (except it's hard as hell). I'd like to get some different heads, brush head at least, where do you guys get them? Sebo official site has nothing for this vacuum.
