DC05 Panasonic Motor Wiring
« on: February 09, 2020, 01:07:21 PM »
I've got one of these in for what had every sign of being a blown motor. So I dived in, disconnected and removed the motor, which turned out to be a Panasonic, not a YDK.
I then tested the cable and found that the fault was just a break at the plug end, the motor looks to be fine. So now can anyone tell me which wire goes to which motor terminal please? All the wires coming off the motor are white, one off the TOC and then two connectors at 90 to the brush holders. I didn't take a photo, because I thought the motor was dead... doh...

All sorted, I found the answer on an old thread. Nice to know I'm not the only person to stuff this up though...

Why not link the old thread for others?
