Sebo automatic x4 hard to push
« on: September 10, 2020, 09:40:21 am »
Hi there, newbie here 👍
I have a sebo x4 automatic, which recently has developed a fault. It works ok on carpet but once I go from carpet to Lino it seams to suck hard to the floor making it difficult to push around, the auto height adjust appears to be ok ( it’s raising and lowering) the brush bar is original but looks ok? Bristles are firm ish? Any advise? I’m thinking of trying a brush first but wondered if anyone had experienced this before or can suggest other things to check. Thank you

Just found this! https://seboshop.co.uk/blog/sebo-vacuum-hard-to-push-how-to-fix/

Great advice, will proceed with a brushroll change and report back!

Yes, a brushroll is always the first place to start.
