V10 - SV12 Strange Problem.

Hi All, It's been a while since I have been here as managed to work everything out for myself until now

I have a customers SV12 in, we worked out the filter fitting problem (if its not inserted correctly the machine doesn't want to know) but now we have a problem I cannot find solutions for.

With the battery out and charged, we insert the battery as you should and the machine will run for as long as you have the trigger pulled - once you release the trigger and press it again the machine will not start up again until I take the battery out and re-insert it again. obviously this is not ideal.

Has anybody else come across this problem, or any other problems with the V12?
