My name is David and I have OCD or should it be CDO!!! Anyway when purchasing anything I always do research and I came by this site via good old google... its appears to be they Haynes Manual for vacuum cleaners and some of the knowledge from some of the contributors on a standard that NASA would be proud of!!!
So I am after advice of course so will post my questions in the forums!

To the team and contributors - please keep up the excellent work - where people like me rely on tech data and points of view from you the experts!

Where’s west Lancashire? Must be Skelmersdale or Ormskirk I guess? It’s not a term I've heard before.

Its the bit of Lancashire thats furthest west so in our case Lytham! To be fair I hadn't until I drove out of Southport which is now in Merseyside and saw the sign as I headed up to Preston!

Thanks for the welcome and can I say what brilliant, polite and knowledgeable people you have here... how knew that my research into our next machine would restore my faith in the human race!
