Hoover 375 tool adaptor
« on: March 02, 2021, 08:20:14 am »
Hello all UK collectors.

I would like to know if the 119 tool connector would normally fit a 375.  I have a post war model and the 119 connector does not fit.  I always thought they were similar in that respect.  Also would anyone have a post war 375 tool set they would like to sell??

Gary

Hi!

Their identical, I found pictures of a 375 and 119 I've had, both of which came with their own toolsets and they're the same

The Mk1 and Mk2 375s were the same chassis and they never tweaked the 119 so they should fit...

Hello.   I had the same adaptor as in 2nd pic and it did not fit.  I have the post war 375.  The top pic shows the part that would fit.

Ah so they are different then, that's interesting.

No cheap 375's with tools/375 toolkits on ebay? That's usually the cheapest way to find missing parts for these machines annoyingly
