BS46 front roller

Hi

The front roller on my BS46 has started to only work when it feels like it, the red light doesn’t come on, the green light stays lite but the roller isn’t working.

Any ideas??

So the main motor is running and the brushroll motor isnt?

Do you have a multimeter?

If that means you have a multimeter, check if the brushroll motor is getting feed.
