problem with the vacuum is that even with a thoroughly cleaned down vac, new bag and filters, the clog light remains on, The motor doesn't cut out and the suction is great. is it likely to be the board or a sensor issue? The vacuum is 6 years old and very clean internally. i have even stripped down everything on the machine and naked it still lights up. Help appreciated.

Do you have a board reset tool? Assuming it hasn't a manual adjuster screw on the board.

If you try to reset it and it wont, it will need a PCB.

board reset tool? can you tell me where i might locate one please and the approx cost? And no, there isn't a potentiometer as on the ...2 early variant. This ends ....3

If you have ever bought a new board, they come with it. It's like a pepperpot lid type thing. It needs to be used with a very high powered torch. There's a bit of a knack to it.

I am not aware they sell them on their own.

Do you have another you can swap the board over with to test it instead?

Hi, I understand the problem you are talking about, contact technical support or the store where the same model as yours is sold. I had this problem and I went to the store where I bought it, they helped.
