Miele sealing strip

Are there any other places apart from Miele themselves where I might be able to purchase a sealing strip for a Miele S2110 FibreTeq floor head. Miele don't allow me to order it via their parts website. Currently my only option seems to be to replace the head. This sealing strip is the little piece of 11" long rubber maybe towards the rear floor head that lifts the floor head rear off the floor.

Miele sorted this out themselves. There was a problem with their website but over the phone they were great. Even kindly offered to drop the postage cost that made up 75% of order cost because it was such a small item that I was ordering.
