Hi there,
What started off as a simple power cord change, led me to having to disassemble the handle assembly because the backing plate for the handle retaining screw (0129ER) fell into the handle
...
Anyway, during this process, I noted that a 'Wire Anti-Static' (5253UL) is connected to the neutral terminal and has a metal eyelet at the other end; the eyelet is not secured to anything; just flapping about at the end of the plastic handle moulding.
Does anyone have any idea if that's the norm for the UK models? I note there is a plastic peg and a slot cut into the side of the plastic handle (if of any relevance at all).
Regards,
Scott.
