A small number of DC14's feature a Samsung motor instead of the usual YDK type.

You will find the following numbers on the Samsung motor:

On the top rubber you will find the following numbers:

Nobody supplies that Samsung motor any more.

However, the good news is that you can replace it with a standard Dyson DC14 YDK type motor. It is a direct replacement requiring no modification. You can reuse your "Samsung Only" motor rubbers too. They will fit the YDK motor.
