The mount where the brush pivots is wearing. Can the frame be replaced?

Hi. A lot of us are based in the U.K here and that doesn’t look like a machine we had over here. What model is it? DC17 or DC28 maybe?
As I know we won’t have any parts over here I can’t say for certain if you will still be able to source the spares. Both of those models must be over 10 years old now. Dyson will usually only supply parts for up to ten years.
Do you have a vacuum store anywhere nearby? It might be worth asking them if they’ve got any spares in stock or if they know of any source
