They do physically fit. There are mixed opinions on this, though. The PCBs that feed the heads differ between
ERP and
non-ERP heads. And the motors in the heads differ between some ERP and non-ERP models.
So they will run, but occasionally they burn out prematurely due to an incompatible PCB.
Check the output on your machine, you're looking for circa 320v
DC. If you have that, you can just buy a part ERP cleaner head (
email us for those as they're not on the site) and swap over your brush roll and soleplate. Or if especially practical, and you're sure it's the motor at fault, you can just buy
the motor.
Often, a bad motor takes out the PCB as well, so its important to check the output from the machine to the head, and remember youre looking for 320vDC not 240vAC.
