You could try replacing that and if lucky it will work, but you will probably find it is still dead afterwards.
There are 5 or 6 components to replace for a more reliable repair.
We came to the conclusion they go bang from overheating, caused by a blocked or poor inlet filter.
We sell repaired exchange units and "generally" refuse to accept boards that have previously had an attempted repair, this is due to board / track damage which occurrs as the heat required to remove components is crazy high. Too little will damage the board as will too much heat.
We do get these too where the flash ic is also damaged rendering the board non repairable.
