I’m stumped without having it in front of me. But I did have a thought you say it worse when you use hose and tools most of the crevice tools have either a slot or vein on the end to stop it sticking to the floor and causing a lack of air to pass over the motor. The small wide tool has a groove running across it to again allow air to still flow even on thick carpet. Are you using Non genuine Dyson tools that are being sucked to the floor and stopping airflowthrough the motor.
That’s all I can think of like Mvacs Ihave never come across this problem ever.
