Hi all,
Our vacuum handle comes out of the body of the vacuum when pulling the handle up, say to reposition the vacuum on the floor. The catch on the body remains in the closed position throughout. We would be grateful for any advice. Many thanks.

You need a
rear body
.
If you have a black Pet model,
shoot us an email
and we can check if we have a black one used, if not it'd be a new one.
