Hi All,

I am in the process of having some of the most awkward and long obsolete parts reverse engineered and reproduced for the Electrolux Masterlux range of 3 in 1 cleaners.

Starting with the most common part which put the shampoo side out of action for many of them, the plastic "Y" fitting which connects the pump to the pressure switches and outlet on the front of the machine. The repeated pressure placed on the release button to remove the solution tube would fracture this fitting at the pump end.

As you can see below, the part is now at the prototype stage and I am expecting pre-production samples soon to make sure it is 100% right.

This is part no. 439532003 for the Z76, Z76A, Z77 Masterlux

I will be producing the later fitting for the Z78 Masterlux and Z85 Electrojet at some point.

Would there be any appetite here amongst collectors for these parts to revive their machines?

Update: Here is the completed 3D design of the 1-way union pipe for the Z78 Masterlux and Z85 Electrojet (217534023).

Will post some more pics when I have some prototypes in hand!

Here is some reference photos of some wrecked parts from a couple of eBay machines showing the full shampoo pump assembly and two different types of ULKA pump.

I will be doing the blue "release buttons" and "BREV MW" quick release fittings too.. as these also get destroyed!

Hi All,

For those following, the new pump parts are here and seem to be a perfect fit. The Electrolux 3 in 1 machines are 7 bar working pressure so these will be paired up with their relevant ULKA pump and tested.

If all is OK, these will be offered on a certain well known auction site, along with the blue "release buttons" and some other goodies so those who wish can repair their own Electrolux 3 in 1 machines.

Old and new parts together..
