The seal in the bin under the handle are torn to bits anybody any help of where to get a new one or what to use to make one? Dyson  want 36 notes for the whole bin which is a bit too much.

We have a DC33 in the shop, I *think* they are the same cyclone. We are closed today, but I'll take a look at it tomorrow and see if the seal looks familiar.

Just an update - I haven't forgot about this Nev, we are trying to find another seal that might do the job.

Na bother :thumbsup:, I have been trying to look for something that will do as well,do you think a thin piece of rubber would do it?

Yes. Its not a complicated seal and its under no pressure. Anything that will stretch enough to sit in the slot will do. I'll have a root through our box of randomness we have today.  ;D

Hi there I have just took apart a DC14 and compared the cyclone part to the DC27, the rubber that fits the DC14 will fit the DC27 do you have a spare one?or can you source one? if so how much?thanks any other suggestions are welcome :tiphat:

Alright there, do you have any end caps for the brush bar of a DC14 vroom in your box of randomness?
