Main motor or cleaner head motor?

Hi MVacs
Thanks for reply
It’s the main motor which does not run. When you lower handle it works as it should but lock it back on its wheels to use the wand nothing

There as 2 motors on this machine, with a 2nd for the brush roll which should cut out when in the upright position.

It sounds more likely the main motor has failed and isn't running at all, and the brush motor is kicking and out as designed.
