Well done Beko1987. Lots of information that I can use to trouble shoot my failed High Torque Head on my Dyson. My wife was vacuuming a long shag rug and the head stopped working. Using the information on this site, I pulled the Head assembly apart and looked for problems. None found. With the motor and PCB exposed, i applied power (12VDC) and probed the PCB. Card is getting power but motor does not spin. Since the motor needs 3 phase power and I don't have a measurement device to read the output at the Blue/white/Red wires, I can only guess that the PCB is toast but maybe the motor. I have some photos (attached) but that is just for clarity.
Can anyone help in sourcing the PCB and motor? Appreciate any help. I am prepared to buy a used motor/PCB assembly off EBay if unable to find the parts. I love this kind of work but finding the parts can be madding. It is a High Torque Head for a V11 Dyson Cordless Vacuum.
Thanks, Jerry
