Can they be washed? As most Dyson repairs I do, I tend not to wash seals in case any damages.

Yes. They're rubber, so can be washed. The only ones I usually remove and hot wash are the bin flap seals on the V6/7/8 etc, as these tend to get particularly gunked up underneath and cannot be properly cleaned in situ.
