Looking for technical help
« on: October 03, 2023, 04:13:04 pm »
Hello,

please I’m sorry, excusez moi j’utilise un traducteur, I am asking for help to put this device back into service which seems to be causing ill will!

I measure 26v at the motor board terminals, I think, SA1 and SA2 but nothing happens.

There is nothing on J2 and J3 (black/white) nor on the central terminals which I imagine are those of the motor.  Also I would like to know what I am supposed to find on J8, the small white connector with the red/black wire pair.

THANKS

hello,
so I have 26v on the terminals of the board but the motor does not turn, 0v on the motor.  If I directly power the motor, there is a small start, it stops immediately and the battery flashes red.  I want to think that the board is causing me a problem but I'm not sure and I don't see where to find a replacement...

I assume that the battery flashes red because it does not have the return via the small wire.  Nobody has any information on this?  No answer, I don't know what to think...

We tend not to repair the circuit boards, its easier just to replace the motor body.

Hello, thank you for your answer.  it's simpler but more expensive and I'm asking myself the question especially since I find it a shame to replace the entire motor if it's a problem with the electronic board.
