I volunteer at a Repair Cafe and have been working on a Compact C2 Powerline Cat and Dog. It has a broken carbon brush carrier and I'm trying to locate a replacement like the one shown in the pic below.
Any suggestions?

I've contacted a spares company, but they cannot supply parts unless I can provide a data plate/sticker to ensure the correct part is identified.
The machine I have here has no sticker, probably because it has become unstuck. Does anyone have the same machine (C2 Compact Cat and Dog Powerline) and could photograph the data plate?
