TP04 exploded drawing? No airflow is coming out.

Hello guys! 
 
I'm new here and found your forum by chance on the internet.

I have a Dyson TP04 Pure Cool.
Unfortunately (in my opinion) the fan no longer works.
There is no more airflow coming out.

The other functions such as rotating or switching through the menu seem to work.

Does anyone have any idea how to repair the TP04?
Does anyone have an exploded drawing for me?
Is ist also possible to buy only the engine / fan?
Can I test or measure trough the engine somehow?

I am not aware of any exploded drawings for them, and very few parts are made available for them. Dyson try to keep everything to do with fans in house.
