Pneumatic musclehead floor tool

Hi there. I am at a complete loss. I can t find a video exploded diagram or explanation on how to get this head apart. It has snapped at the top and I have got my friend to 3D print me a new support bracket.

It has broken where the head manuovers however i cant for the life of me work out how to open it up. can anyone please help me? I am absolutely pushed to the limit financially and just can not afford to buy a new head at over ?50. Any help would be greatly appreciatted. Thank you
